About Us

Alex Molica, Founder

Alex Molica founded Redwood Builders on the belief that everybody deserves to live in a space that complements their lifestyle. Driven by this belief, he strives to deliver services to his clients that both create beauty in their space and improve their quality of life. He is dedicated to making construction, a process which is oftentimes stressful, enjoyable for homeowners of Southern New Hampshire.

Alex’s love of construction began in his family’s garage at the age of ten. What started out as crafting wooden bowls and pens turned into residential home construction and remodeling by the year 2017. Within three years, he was leading his own construction projects, ultimately working up to complex remodels and additions. In 2022, he started learning design software. His experience in carpentry and construction allowed him to accelerate to a role in design quickly. He now fulfills many roles in the Redwood company, from one-on-one design creation with clients to working on site, managing the systems behind the scenes, and guiding the direction of the company.

When he isn’t on the job, Alex enjoys playing guitar, reading books, and learning new design skills that fascinate him.

Jason Polichronopoulos, Lead Carpenter

Jason comes to Redwood with thirty years of experience in the construction industry. His passion for construction began with his grandfather, who involved him in many projects during his early childhood. He started learning his craft at the age of fifteen, and gained much of his experience over the years by working on swimming pools. Whether it’s building an addition, doing a renovation, or finishing a basement, Jason sees every project through from start to finish.

When he isn’t doing construction, Jason enjoys music through leading worship at his church, as well as playing in a heavy metal band.

Jason Pouliot, Construction Supervisor

With nearly twenty years of experience running his own construction and home renovations company, Jason is a valuable asset to the Redwood team. He specializes in frame-to-finish construction and is passionate about helping homeowners realize their visions for their projects. Jason’s love of construction was cultivated over his growing-up years as he and his father worked together for the same company.

Jason has two boys, eighteen and fourteen years old, as well as a beautiful golden doodle named Ellie. Jason also enjoys music and serves on the worship team at his church.

Corinne Lyons, Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant at Redwood, Corinne takes charge of bookkeeping tasks, employee management, onboarding, system development, and payroll for the company. Because of her organizational skills and previous experience in management, scheduling, and system development, she is well equipped for the job.

The work she does behind the scenes is invaluable to the team. Outside of work, Corinne enjoys an array of hobbies, including event planning, cooking and baking, going to concerts, lifting, and educating herself on health and wellness.

Linnea Lyons, Marketing Manager

Linnea’s mission at Redwood is to capture the beauty of finished projects, as well as the process of the team bringing clients’ visions to life. Appreciating beauty is something that she is passionate about, and it inspires her methods when it comes to photographing project sites and creating content. Her aim is to help clients see things through her lens. She brings prior experience as the Social Media Coordinator of a local café, which has equipped her with the skills she needs to excel in her role. When she’s not at work, Linnea enjoys painting, dancing, hosting parties, and going on nature
