We take on projects of all sizes - there's no project too small!
Yes. We carry all necessary licensing at every service level. All of our projects are permitted and inspected by local building departments. We have liability coverage, and all of our employees and subcontractors are covered by workers compensation insurance.
Yes. We offer free consultations for projects that are within our service area and align with our typical project scope and budget ranges. Once we understand a little more about your goals, timeline, and budget, we'd be happy to come out, take a look, and help you determine the best next step.
We recommend reaching out 2-4 months prior to your desired start date to account for design time and permitting.
Yes. We'll help you explore your options, understand what makes sense for your home, and provide clarity before you commit to a full project. Our team can talk through your goals, budget, and layout ideas.
We require a small engagement fee (1% to 5% of your total project cost) to begin the design process. Full commitment (20% deposit) happens once your design is complete.
Yes. While most of the work is completed by our own employees, some tasks require specialized skills such as electrical, plumbing, and tile work. We have a team of vetted subcontractors that are deeply integrated with our field team. They know our expectations, and have proven standards that meet ours. We require all subcontractors to abide by job site rules, provide insurance certificates, meet licensing requirements, and meet benchmark tolerances for quality and craftsmanship.
