1. Consult
We get to know you, your vision, and your home to define project goals. A baseline budget approval sets the path forward.

2. Design
We capture your home’s layout, explore your ideas and needs, then create a conceptual design with floor plans, 3D renderings, and product selections. We revise until your vision is perfectly represented, then finalize permits, payment terms, schedule, and construction team. Your designer remains available throughout, and your files stay accessible for any mid-project updates as we move into production.
3. Build
On day one, we prepare your home for construction with floor and dust protection, site setup, and clear organization. Your Lead Carpenter manages demolition, framing, trim, trades, labor, and deliveries, while your Project Manager meets with you weekly to review progress and changes. Once complete, we walk through the project together and address any final details.

4. Warranty
Every project is covered by a 3 year warranty. Should you encounter any issues post construction, simply fill out a service request on our website, and we will send someone out to resolve the issue.
